Upon entering, I was welcomed by chaos—a dirtied room, missing amenities, and rude staff left me feeling unwelcome. The noise from thin walls made any rest impossible. Key cards malfunctioned, and breakfast was lackluster. My experience here was a perfect storm of disappointments. it felt more like a nightmare than a getaway.

This hotel was a total disaster from start to finish. First, the room was filthy with stained sheets and hair everywhere. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely indifferent to our complaints, acting like the situation was not their responsibility at all. We felt entirely disrespected and undervalued during our stay!

I loved the warm hospitality of Roxanne at check-in. She truly made us feel at home during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool area, and it was a perfect spot for family bonding, especially after our long drive with mom.

My kids wished for more breakfast options to choose from.

the microtel had a great location close to various restaurants and shops. the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. natcho at the front desk provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed during my stay.

I just loved the cozy vibe of my Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I totally appreciated the mini-fridge for chilling my drinks. Plus, the homemade breakfast tacos were a delicious surprise that made my mornings extra special!
